Railway Security Plans

The Federal Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Rail Security Regulations requires all railway carriers or loaders who provide, handle or transport security-sensitive dangerous goods to develop a Railway Security Plan (“RSP”). RSPs prepared by Stirling Engineering include measures to prevent theft of dangerous goods and unlawful interference at rail facilities, and are integrated with other emergency response plans.
